From soldier, to First Sergeant, to skilled trades professional. Jose Pol graduated from both the Professional Welder and Electro-Mechanical technologies programs at TWS and now his own boss, fixing boat trailers and mobile homes on the welding side and doing maintenance tune-ups and troubleshooting on the HVAC side.
