James Roney was told he’d be nothing his whole life because of a few choices he made in the past. That all changed when he enrolled in the Professional Welder program at Tulsa Welding School & Technology Center. After graduating, James started working as a welder for Williams Brothers Construction, building trailers that transport huge concrete I-beams out to the freeway.
